Response times
We aim to answer support and billing email within one business day (Monday-Friday, all major English-speaking time zones covered). Security disclosures receive an acknowledgement within one business day and a substantive reply within five. Press requests receive a response within two business days; we prioritize journalists on deadline - please mention your deadline in the subject line.
Enterprise, invoicing, and NDAs
If your organization requires purchase orders, custom invoicing (net-30 or net-60), a signed data-processing addendum, or a mutual NDA before evaluation, email billing@karchu.com with your requirements. We do not currently offer a self-serve enterprise tier; annual quotes for teams of ten or more are handled by email.
Data-subject requests
Requests to access, correct, export, or delete personal data go to privacy@karchu.com from the address on your Karchu account. We respond within 30 days and do not charge for reasonable requests. See the privacy policy for the full breakdown of your rights.
What we don’t do
We don’t offer phone support - email keeps a written record for both of us and lets us hand context between teammates without dropping anything. We don’t send unsolicited marketing calls. We don’t ask for your online-banking credentials, ever - if someone claiming to be from Karchu asks for a bank password, it’s not us.
